“互联网＋”背景下高职院校跨境电商人才“三位一体”培养模式探索--以宁波地区跨境贸易电子商务发展情况为例

Under the background of"Internet+",the fast development of cross-border e-commerce offers a good opportunity for talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges.Although Ningbo is taken as the experi-mental city of the cross-border e-commerce in China,it still needs a great number of talents for cross-border e-commerce.Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology pays attention to the development of cross-border e-commerce condition in Ningbo,and tries to find a"Trinity"teaching mode for the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents in vocational colleges.%在“互联网＋”背景下，跨境电商的迅速发展为高职院校人才培养提供了契机。宁波作为全国首批跨境电商试点城市，跨境电商人才缺口严重。宁波城市职业技术学院结合地区跨境电商发展情况，探索建立具有高等职业教育特色的跨境电商人才“三位一体”培养模式。
