高校图书馆馆员师德素养浅议

摘要

The paper discusses the required morality and quality for college librarian. It also analyzes the teachers’ morality and quality of college librarian from three aspects. Firstly, morality represents the soul of college library. Secondly, the preliminary requirement for the librarian is to serve teaching and scientiifc research. Thirdly, the era of big data calls for new requirements for the college librarian morality.%高校图书馆馆员在师德师风方面应具备多种品质，本文从师德是图书馆的灵魂、高校图书馆馆员师德的基本点是为教学科研服务、大数据时代对高校图书馆馆员师德的新要求三个方面进行阐述。
