法治视野下当前中国反腐败若干问题的理性思考

摘要

法治是现代政党治国理政的根本方式，法治反腐是依法治国的应有之义。当前在我国反腐败法治领域，选择性反腐、“双规”与“双指”、官员腐败、网络反腐等问题值得理性思考，应依据国情，建立法治反腐的制度性措施和路径。%The rule of law is the fundamental way of the modern party’ s governance, the rule of law is the proper meaning of law corruption. In the field of current anti-corruption law, selective anti-corruption,“Shuang-gui” and “Shuang-zhi”, official corruption, network anti-corruption issues worthy of rational thinking, should be based on the national conditions, then, to establish the institutional measures and ways a-gainst corruption.
