黄冈市农业农村实用人才队伍建设现状与对策

摘要

农业农村实用人才是强农的根本，是带动农民共同致富的“领头羊”，黄冈市以农业经济为主，农村人口占总人口比例较大，但农业技术人才却较缺乏。据对黄冈市农业农村实用人才队伍建设现状的调查和存在问题的分析，提出加强其人才队伍建设的对策建议。%It is the nature to strengthen agriculture of the rural practical talents of agriculture, is the leader to drive farmers to become rich. Agricultural economy is the main part in Huanggang, and the rural population occupies the most proportion of popula-tion, but the agricultural technology personnel is not enough. According to the investigation and analysis on agricultural and rural practical talents construction status and the existing problems in Huanggang city, the author put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the talent team construction.
