黄冈市中介服务业现状及发展探究

摘要

中介服务业发展程度是衡量一个地方市场经济成熟度和经济竞争能力的重要标志。黄冈市中介服务业呈现了发展迅速、覆盖多元、效益明显、前景乐观的特点。中介服务业迅速发展的同时，也出现了政出多门、缺乏规范、规模偏小的问题，解决这些问题，需要通过立法、监督、指导等途径，促进其发展壮大。%The development degree of the intermediary service industry is an important symbol to measure the mature degree of local market economy and economic competition ability. The intermediary service industry in Huanggang presents some features like developing rapidly, multiple covering, obvious benefit and optimistic prospects. While the rapid development of intermediary service industry, there are also some problems appeared, such as, the policies set by different departments, the lack of standards, small-scale problems and so on. In order to solve these problems, we should go through legislation, supervision, guidance and other ways to promote its development and growth.
