The socialist market economy is the basic economic system of a socialist country, and man's all-round development is the highest value aims of socialism. Market economy and people's all-round development is a two-way interaction, because the development of economy has a certain promotion effect to human’ s subjectivity, independence and continuation of human relationship, while under the socialist market economy, the fine development of social division of labor and influence of benefit system will produce human’s activities immobilization, partialization and all kinds of extremism, to speed the polarization. Therefore, it has a great significance to analyze the positive and negative effect of market economy on man's all-round development, put forward the related countermeasures in order to promote people's all-round development.%社会主义市场经济是社会主义国家的基本经济制度，而人的全面发展也是社会主义追求的最高价值目标。市场经济的发展对人的主体性、独立性及人际关系的拓展有一定的促进作用，但市场经济条件下社会分工的精细和利益机制的牵动也不免使人的活动固定化、片面化及各种极端主义盛行，并加速了两极分化。因此，分析市场经济条件下对人的全面发展的正负效应并提出相应对策，对推进人的全面发展具有重要意义。
