通过紫外光谱和荧光光谱法研究了三元铜配合物 Cu(ODA)(NBZIM)(H 2 O)(ODA=一缩二乙醇酸,NBZIM =6-硝基苯并咪唑)与小牛胸腺 DNA(CT-DNA)之间的相互作用。紫外光谱研究中,随着 DNA的加入,配合物的紫外吸收呈现明显的减色效应,但未发生红移;荧光光谱研究中,EB-DNA 复合物的荧光随着配合物的加入而明显的猝灭。实验结果表明配合物 Cu(ODA)(NBZIM)(H 2 O)与 CT-DNA 之间的相互作用模式为沟槽结合。%The ternary copper complex Cu(ODA)(NBZIM)(H 2 O)(ODA=oxydiacetate dianion,NBZIM= 6-nitro-1 H-benzimidazole)interacts with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA)has been studied by electronic absorption titration and fluores-cence methods.The absorption spectrum of the complex shows obvious hypochromism while no red-shift when titrated with CT-DNA.The emission intensity of EB-DNA system is reduced by the complex in the fluorescence experiment.The results indicate that Cu(ODA)(NBZIM)(H 2 O)interacts with CT-DNA in a groove mode.
