信息不对称下三层供应链契约模型构建研究

摘要

首先对三层供应链协调的文献进行了梳理，在此基础上研究信息不对称条件下三层供应链的协调问题，构建成本信息不对称下基于收益共享的供应链契约协调模型。研究表明：供应链成员间可以通过调整收益共享系数实现供应链的整体协调，最后通过算例分析说明模型设计的有效性。%The literature of three -level supply chain coordination is systematically concluded. The issue about how to coordinate the supply chain consisting of a manufacturer~ a distributor and a retailer under the circum- stance of asymmetric information is studied based on the literature review and the model of supply chain with revenue - sharing contract is built under the cost of asymmetric information. The research shows that the mem- bers of supply chain can adjust revenue sharing ratio to achieve supply chain coordination. Finally numerical ex- amples are presented in order to demonstrate the effect of the designed model.
