高校图书馆对社会开放略论

摘要

In China , it will be inevitable for university libraries to be open to the public use in its development . At present , university libraries opening to public use appropriately can not only make full use of the idle resources , serving the communities but also be beneficial to its development . In this paper , the author explores the issue and proposes some ideas concerning university libraries'opening to the public use .%高校图书馆对社会开放是当今我国图书馆发展的一个必然的趋势。高校图书馆在条件允许的情况下，适当地对社会民众开放，不但可以充分利用闲置资源，担当起服务社会的责任，而且有利于高校图书馆自身的发展。从四个方面对高校图书馆对社会民众开放问题进行了简要论述。
