摘要

Mingshan Stone is featured by its moist quality , natural texture and gorgeous colors . With the consummate artistry of local craftsman , the stones , according to their particularity , are carved as inkstones in the study to express people's aspiration and interest ;or as table plaques , screens placed in hall and gatehouse .%　　明山石雕质地润泽、纹理天成、色彩斑斓，本地巧匠因材施艺，或雕为书画砚，寄情于文房秘阁；或琢为插屏、挂屏、立屏，置身于厅堂门楼中。
