摘要

较为系统地介绍了法律模式中的政治经济因素、和谐状态下的法律模式的传播过程、和谐社会理念、法律文化要素以及文化在争议解决过程中所起的作用等内容，穿插着介绍了多位学者的学术研究成果和多个国家及地区的实践做法，从多个角度较为详尽地对和谐模式和法治建设问题展开论述。%Selected from the third chapter of Cross -cultural Perspective of Conflict Solution by the Greenwood Press , this chapter systematically introduces the legal construction of political economy , the spread of harmony law models , social harmony , legal culture and its role in dispute resolution and so on . On the other hand , it also mentions academic research of a number of scholars and the practice in many countries and areas in order to state the harmony models in detail .
