湖南“四化”协同共进的模式选择、实现路径和制度创新研究

摘要

In order to achieve the four modernization joint improvement , Chang-Zhu-Tan export-oriented economic zone should be regarded as the core , through the Chenzhou , Yueyang , Changde , Yongzhou , Zhangjiajie and Jishou gradation center , radiating and driving the joint improvement of the eastern , central and western harmonious industrialization , informationization , urbanization and agricultural modernization , to form the 1+2+6 Hunan style . The policy support system and security cooperation of the four aspects will be established to seize the main elements , build up the dynamic platform , and promote urban and rural property right system , institutional mechanisms and technological innovation .%湖南省要实现“四化”协同共进，就应该以长株潭外向型经济区为核心，通过郴州、岳阳、常德、永州、张家界和吉首等次中心，辐射带动东、中、西部工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化的协同共进，形成“1＋2＋6”的湖南模式，建立“四化”协同共进的政策体系，构建“四化”协同共进的保障点，抓住“四化”协同共进的主体要素，搭建“四化”协同共进的动力平台，推进城乡产权制度、投入机制和科技体制的创新。
