递进式接访中心理方法的运用

摘要

为推进涉法涉诉信访工作机制改革，提高化解矛盾能力和水平，探索处理涉检信访中采取递机式接访机制，从关注心理状态、分析心理特征、找准心理症结入手，提高涉检信访处理效果。%In order to promote the reform of complaint letters and visits involving the law mechanism and to improve the ability and level of resolving contradictions , the thesis explores how to apply progressive reception into dealing with petitions on procuratorial issues . The treatment effect will be improved by paying attention to psychological state , analyzing psychological characteristics and identifying psychological crux of petition on procuratorial issues .
