建筑施工企业现场管理中存在的问题与对策

In recent years,the rapid development of the domestic economy and urban construction is a rare opportunity for the construction enterprises,while many new requirements for the construction en-terprises have been put forward.During the implementation of the proj ect,construction enterprises are required not only to save costs,shorten the duration and make maximum profit,but also to meet the re-quirements of quality, safety, progress. Therefore, the construction site management should be strengthened in order to achieve the obj ectives successfully.%近年来，国内经济迅速发展，城市建设突飞猛进，这对于建筑施工企业来说是一个难得的机遇，同时对施工企业也提出了很多新的要求。施工企业在项目实施过程中既要按照利润最大化原则，节约成本，缩短工期，又要保证满足质量、安全、进度的要求。因此，必须加强施工现场的管理，才能顺利实现各项目标。
