This article by literature method,experimental method,mathematical analysis method,and comparison method,in track and field teaching,Physical education major of university by increasing fitness exercises content,on teaching effect of effect,for has experimental research,results for:in long jump experimental teaching in the,experimental group technology evaluation and compliance results obvious better than controlled group results,description in track and field practice teaching classroom in the,increased fitness exercises content,on track and field teaching effect significantly.Design of track and field teaching for the future,improving the effect of track and field teaching in physical education,provide a valuable reference.%通过文献法、实验法、数理分析法和比较法,在高校体育教育专业田径教学中,增加身体素质练习内容对教学效果的影响.实验结果:在跳远实验教学中,实验组技术评定与达标成绩明显优于对照组成绩,说明在田径实践教学课堂中,增加身体素质练习内容,对田径教学效果影响显著,为今后田径教学内容设计,提高体育教育专业田径教学效果,提供有价值的参考.
