CO2激光辐照生物悬浮细胞的致死效应的实验研究及理论分析

     

摘要

The experiment on the lethal effect, that the biological cells suspended in the liquid was irradiated by CO2 laser was researched. The results show that,yeast have more dead by CO2 laser irradiated for 26 seconds,but for this moment the Mutation rate is higher. The results of the lethal effect and its related Mutation rate effects were analyzed by means of the fractal theory and thermotics theory, the theoretical value of yeast lethal effects temperature and melting temperature were calculated respectively, theoretical analysis and experimental results were consistent.%利用CO2激光辐照生物悬浮细胞一工业酿酒酵母菌sacchmmyce2.1189,进行了致死效应的实验研究,实验结果表明,在CO2激光辐照26秒后菌种有较多的死亡,但在此时的诱变率较高.并用分形理论及热学理论对其致死效应及相应的诱变率效应的实验结果进行了理论分析,分别计算出酵母菌致死效应温度和解链温度的理论值,理论分析的结果与实验研究结果一致.
