针对海洋温差能这一海洋新能源研究热点问题,总结分析温差能资源评估技术发展和资源分布现状,梳理温差能发电的循环方式、工质和深海管道等方面的技术变迁,并介绍当前国内外主要的温差能示范工程.从温差能发电装置的安全稳定、深层冷海水的综合利用、转换效率与多能互补和温差能发展的环境效应等几个方面探讨温差能发展中的关键科技问题,指出发展温差能的可行性和必要性以及当前面临的问题和挑战.%Ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC) is a hot research topic in the field of ocean renewable energy.The developments of OTEC resource assessment, resource distribution, and cycle mode as well as the OTEC demonstration project were reviewed and analyzed.Then, the key technologies of OTEC from the stability of power generation platform, the comprehensive utilization of cold water, the efficiency improving, the multi ocean renewable energy complementary and the environment effect of OTEC plant have been discussed.Although the development of OTEC is feasible and necessary, there are still many challenges and difficulties to solve.
