滑动式测斜仪测试与误差处理方法

     

摘要

Based on the operating principles of an inclinometer, the factors causing errors of a slip inclinometer were analyzed. To overcome the errors caused by a zero shift of the inclinometer, the zero shifting constant and the zero shifting variable of the inclinometer were examined, respectively. The formulas for correcting the errors were derived correspondingly. A simplified method of replacing straight lines with curves was used to simplify the procedure of calculating measured data for the deep borehole, in which the variation of measurement conditions affected the zero shift of the inclinometer, based on the unified baseline correction method ( UBM ) . The observation data obtained from real construction verify that the proposed correction method can be easily used, the calculated results are slightly conservative, and the precision meets the requirements.%基于测斜仪工作原理,分析了滑动式测斜仪在使用过程中的误差成因;针对测斜仪零点数据漂移问题,分别从零点漂移量恒定和零点漂移量变化两种情况,导出了对应的修正公式,基于统一基准线修正法( UBM),专门针对深孔测斜情况,应用以曲代直简化思想解决零点漂移问题。工程实测数据应用表明,所提出修正方法应用方便,计算结果偏于安全,精度满足要求。
