探索完善高校干部教育培训工作体系的实践研究

摘要

Zhejiang University takes a number of steps such as the training program of "Yu Ren Qiang Shi", successfully improves the cadre educating and training system in universities, and tries to open a new road for the cadre educating and training. Meanwhile we wish our practice and study will provide reference for others universities.%学校积极服从和服务于干部队伍建设，努力探索干部教育培训工作新思路，通过“育人强师”培训计划等一系列举措，在建立健全干部教育培训工作体系方面取得了新进展。希望我们的实践研究能为高校的干部教育培训工作提供借鉴。
