基于社会调查能力提升的文科类复合应用本科人才培养模式创新探析

         

摘要

针对当前社会调查课程设置缺乏普遍性、教学模式缺乏实践性、课题参与缺乏积极性、教学质量评价缺乏可证性、人才培养缺乏系统性问题导致文科类复合应用本科人才社会调查能力缺失的问题,构建了以创新文科类复合应用本科人才培养方案为一大轴心带动辐射,课程设计、课题参与、学科竞赛、联合培养和就业创业五大模块协同发展的基于社会调查能力提升的文科类复合应用本科人才培养模式,实现全方位、多层次、广覆盖地培养本科生社会调查能力,培养既具有文科素养,又具有社会调查能力的复合应用型本科人才。%The course design of social survey lacks universality. The teaching mode is short of practicalness. The subject participation is void of motivation. The appraisal for teaching quality is empty of vindicability and the talent cultivation is scant of systematic problems, which result in deficiency of social survey ability for the inter-disciplinary and applied undergraduate talents of liberal arts. This paper regards the training program for inter-dis-ciplinary and applied undergraduate talents of liberal arts as the key point for purpose of driving the synergetic development of course design, course participation, discipline competition, joint training and employment and en-trepreneurship, based on the cultivating mode of the improvement of social survey ability for inter-disciplinary and applied undergraduate talents in order to achieve the goals of cultivating social survey ability of undergraduates in an all-around, multilevel and wide way and cultivate inter-disciplinary and applied undergraduates talents with artistic appreciation along with social survey ability.
