基于AHP与DEA的高校科研竞争力评价--以“一省一校”工程院校为例

摘要

“A province school” project is a specific project to improve schools’ comprehensive strengthin in middle or west state. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and data development analysis (DEA), this study run absolute evaluation and relative evaluation about“one province and one school”. It’s not only science and technology competitiveness of universities,but also humanities and social science competitiveness of universities. According the evaluation score, it is suggested that universities with a certain resource advantage should improve the utilization rate of resources, and utilize rationally resources, so truly become a high level university with high investment, high output, high efficiency.%“一省一校”工程是国家为提升中西部办学综合实力的一项具体项目。本研究基于层次分析法和数据包络法，对入选“一省一校”院校的科技竞争力与人文社科竞争力进行绝对评价和相对评价。依据评价得分，建议拥有一定资源优势的“一省一校”院校，要提高资源利用率，合理利用资源，真正成为高投入、高产出、高效率的高水平大学。
