对田径赛事中裁判员礼仪的研究

摘要

This article expounded the game of the referee grooming etiquette , instrument etiquette, behavior et-iquette track law enforcement etiquette, we think good manners of the referee in the stadium on the performance of athletes and spectators have a positive impact in the track and field events .The referee etiquette must to be done the following:Firstly, referees should be finishing their appearance before come to the game and have the passion to play, to athletes, spectators with a good image;Secondly, their’s words and actions to comply with the referees’ i-dentity to be elegant manners in the game, do satisfied with the athletes, coaches, and spectators.Lastly, the ref-erees should be treated with a high sense of responsibility and workefficiency ,to do the dedication and selfless dedi-cation;judgment level to achieve high specifications and strict requirements .%　　对赛场上裁判员的仪容礼仪、仪表礼仪、行为举止礼仪、赛场执法礼仪进行了阐述，认为裁判员在赛场上良好的礼仪表现，对运动员和观众有积极的影响，在田径赛事中，裁判员的礼仪要做到以下几点：裁判员上场前要整理好自己的仪容，上场后要充满激情，给运动员、观众以良好的形象；赛场上，言行要符合裁判员的身份，举止要优雅，做到让运动员、教练员、观众满意；对待裁判工作要有高度的责任心和工作效率，执裁要做到“高规格、严要求”，每场比赛、每个细节都一丝不苟。
