促进菏泽市农民工返乡创业对策研究

摘要

Migrant workers returning home is the inevitable trend of the development of labor service economy and the inevitable phenomenon due to the preferential agricultural policies,improvement of rural pioneering envi-ronment and the industry transferring from the coastal to the central and Western regions.It is also important part of policy of national pioneering and innovation.The Party Committees and governments in Heze at all levels and rele-vant departments should be standing at strategic height and fully understand the importance,necessity and urgency of guiding and supporting migrant workers’pioneering.It needs a great reform,some early relevant measures and the rapid implementations.Furthermore,it needs to create a strong atmosphere to promote migrant workers to pio-neer,improve support policies to solve what migrant workers worry about and optimize service environment to en-sure their successful pioneering to make their pioneering slowly rise in Heze.%农民工返乡创业是劳务经济发展到一定阶段的必然趋势，是国家惠农扶农政策措施实施、农村创业环境改善及沿海产业向中西部梯度转移的必然现象，是“大众创业、万众创新”的重要内容。菏泽各级党委和政府及有关部门应从战略高度，充分认识引导扶持农民工返乡创业的重要性、必要性、紧迫性，改革力度要大一些、措施制定要早一些、行动落实要快一些。营造浓厚舆论氛围促进农民工返菏创业，完善扶持政策解决农民工返乡创业后顾之忧，优化服务环境确保农民工返乡创业成功，让农民工创业的星星之火，在菏形成燎原之势。
