Objective To study and analyze the effect of seamless nursing management in reducing nosocomial infection in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods 240 cases of patients admitted in obstetrics and gynecology department from August 2016 to February 2018 were divided into two groups according to the time of admission. The control group received rountine clinical nursing and the observation group received seamless nursing. The nosocomial infection was compared between the two groups and the nursing quality was evaluated by questionnaire. Results The nosocomial infection rate was 8.33％ in the control group and 1.67％ in the observation group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) . The scores of comfort, sense of security and nursing attitude were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05) . Conclusion The implementation of seamless nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology departemnt should strengthen the comprehensive implementation of generality, individuality and targeted nursing. It reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and improve the nursing satisfaction.%目的 探讨妇产科实施无缝隙护理管理对减少院内感染的效果.方法 选择2016年8月—2018年2月妇产科收治的患者240例, 按照入院时间前后分成两组, 每组120例.对照组开展临床优质护理, 观察组开展无缝隙护理, 比较两组患者住院期间发生院内感染的情况, 并采用调查问卷的形式, 对护理质量进行评价.结果 两组院内感染率比较P<0.05, 差异有统计学意义.两组在舒适评分, 安全感评分, 护理态度评分方面有显著性差异, P<0.05.结论 妇产科实施无缝隙护理管理, 降低了院内感染发生率, 患者护理评价满意度评分明显提高, 值得临床推广.
