Objective:　To explore the best nursing care method of unhealing surgical incision by analyising data.Methods　Choose proper antibiotics and closely observe the patient's condition and care for them. Results　It could avoid the second mend ofsurgical incision and the care rate was 90%.Conclusion　 To observe closely and care is very important in the unhealing surgical incision treatment.%目的通过资料分析，以寻求手术切口不愈合的最佳护理措施。方法正确选用抗生素，消毒隔离，严密观察病情及护理。结果避免了手术切口二次缝合，治愈率达90%，明显缩短了住院日数。结论不可忽视严密的观察及护理，消除患者消极的心理因素。
