革新路线与越共执政合法性研究

摘要

The article examines the link between the legitimating process of the Communist Party of Vietnam and its adoption of the Doi Moi policy.It argues that socio-economic performance has emerged as the cornerstone of legitimacy for the CPV since mid-1980s.The switch of CPV to performance-based legitimacy has had significant implications for Vietnam’s domestic politics and foreign policy.At the same time,it has also presented the CPV with serious challenges in maintaining uninterrupted development in the context of the country’s growing integration with the global economic system which is experiencing instability.In terms of Vietnam’s territorial and maritime boundary claims in the South China Sea,nationalism has been revived as additional source of legitimacy in times of economic difficulties.%自20世纪80年代中期以来，越共在社会与经济领域所取得的政绩，已经成为其确立执政合法性的基石。越共确立革新路线，对越南的国内政治和外交政策产生了重大影响。与此同时，越南在日益融入不稳定全球经济秩序的进程中，不得不面对维持社会和经济可持续发展问题的挑战。
