衡水市体育文化产业的发展现状与对策

摘要

With the success of the international sports events like Sino-US Basketball Invitation Tournament and First Hengshui Lake International Marathon and the implement of the national fit-keeping programs such as“Basketball City”and“Soccer Campus”, the resounding sports development is under way in Hengshui. But there exist some major factors that restrain the development of the sports culture industries such as the lack of management talents of sports activities, inadequate commercial operation in sports events and the ineffective publicity of sports culture. Introducing and cultivating management talents, utilizing various social resources and giving full play to the publicity effects of media including internet are the scientific strategies to promote the sound development and industrialization of sports culture in Hengshui.%　　随着“中美篮球邀请赛”“首届衡水湖国际马拉松赛”等国际体育赛事在衡水的成功举办和全民健身活动“篮球城市”“足球校园”等计划的实施，衡水体育事业正在蓬勃发展。体育活动管理人才缺乏、体育赛事商业化运作不足和体育文化宣传效力较低是制约衡水市体育文化产业发展的主要因素。通过引进、培养体育文化管理人才，多元化利用社会资源和进一步发挥网络等传媒手段的宣传效力是引导衡水市体育文化健康发展和实施产业化的科学对策。
