城镇化是河南省增强经济发展内生动力，提升质量和效益的战略重点，是实现中原崛起的重要途径。但在速度和质量方面，河南省城镇化发展存在着一系列问题，因此必须建立一套真实反映河南城镇化发展的评价体系。以中原城市群建设为契机，完善河南城镇体系；以产业集聚区和新型农村社区为载体大力推进产城融合；实现集约节约和内涵式发展。%In Henan province, urbanization is the endogenous dynamic of economic development, the strategic focus to improve the quality and efficiency, an important way to realize the rise of central plains. But as for ' speed' and 'quality', the development of urbanization in Henan province meets a series of problems. Therefore, a set of evaluation system must be established to reflect the urbanization development. Take the construction of central plains city groups as an opportunity to improve its urban system. Taking industrial concentration area and new rural community as carriers to promote industrial and urban integration to achieve intensive and con-notative development.
