基于水资源压力分析的水价改革研究--以河南省城镇生活用水为例

摘要

随着社会经济的迅速发展，河南省水资源的供需矛盾越来越突出。为响应“让全国人民喝上干净水”号召，从河南省城镇生活用水面临的压力出发，分析水价改革中面临的主要问题，论证了必须加快水价改革推进工作以实现保护水资源目的的必要性。%With rapid development of social economy, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources becomes more and more prominent in Henan province. The main problem in water price reform is analyzed in detail, which demonstrates the necessity of accelerating the water price reform to protect water re-sources.
