基于决策支持的粮油库存控制模型及应用

摘要

The grain and oil in inventory will deteriorate, which can affect the operation cost of enterprises. In order to keep the stability of the inventory, we analyzed the effects of the deterioration rate, the shortage cost and the storage rate on the inventory cost, and established an inventory control model under the restriction of service level. Based on the model, we studied the relationship between the deterioration cost and the inventory cost, and proposed a method for solving the optimal inventory and the minimum cost. The simulation test testified that the model could well solve the problem.%库存粮油会产生变质现象,必然会影响企业的运行成本.从保持库存的稳定性出发,分析了商品变质率、缺货成本和库存率等因素对库存成本的影响,在受服务水平约束的条件下,建立库存控制模型.在模型的基础上对变质成本与库存成本的关系进行了研究,并给出了求解最优库存和最小成本的方法.最后通过实例仿真,证明了模型能较好地解决此类问题.
