瓦楞纸板诱捕小麦粮堆中嗜卷书虱的监测研究

     

摘要

了解瓦楞纸板诱捕器与取样筛检害虫的对比效果,有助于利用简便易得的瓦楞纸板快速监测储粮害虫.在高大平房仓小麦粮堆中实仓比较了2层和3层瓦楞纸板诱捕器与取样筛检对嗜卷书虱的检测结果:在仓温从28 c℃上升至31℃、粮温从20℃上升至近28℃的上升初期,取样筛检方法下检测到嗜卷书虱的种群密度与瓦楞纸板每周诱捕到的数值均呈增长态势,前者密度从3头/kg发展到30头/kg,瓦楞纸板诱捕书虱数值从8头/周增加至70头/周,总体上瓦楞纸板每周诱捕到害虫的数值大于取样筛检害虫密度值;当仓温在32~36℃波动上升、粮温在25~30℃波动的高温期,取样筛检方法下嗜卷书虱的种群密度呈快速增长态势,从30头/kg增长至44头/kg;瓦楞纸板每周诱捕到害虫的数值呈缓慢下降态势,从20头/周变化至6头/周,2层和3层瓦楞纸板每周诱捕到嗜卷书虱的数值相近;与取样筛检方法相比,瓦楞纸板在粮温较低(25℃以下)时每周诱捕到害虫的数值较大,在粮温较高(25℃以上)时每周诱捕到害虫的数值较小.%Comparing the effectiveness of corrugated paper board trap and sampling and sieving method is helpful for fast monitoring with corrugated paper board trap that is easier to get in practice.The effectiveness of two-layer and three-layer corrugated paper board traps,and sampling and sieving method,on monioring Liposcelis bostrychophillus Badonnel were investigated in bulk wheat stored in large horizontal warehouse.The results showed that the population of L.bostrychophillus in stored wheat was dynamicallyincreasing during the temperature increasing from 28 ℃ to 31 ℃ in the headspace of warehouse and from 20 ℃ to 28 ℃ in the bulkgrain mass.The number of adults per kilogram wheat was increased from 3 to 30 for sampling and sieving method.The number of adults trapped by corrugated paper board increased from 8 to 70 per week.The number of adult strapped by corrugated paper board was more than that by sampling and sieving method.During the period of temperature increasing from 32 ℃ to 36 ℃ in the headspace and from 25 ℃ to 30 ℃ for in the bulkgrain mass,the number of L.bostrychophillus adults quickly increased from 30 to 44 per kilogram wheat for sampling and sieving method.Meanwhile,the number of L.bostrychophillus adults trapped by the corrugated paper board slowly decreased from 20 to 6 adult per week.The number of L.bostrychophillus adults was similar between the two-layer and three-layer corrugated paper board traps.Compared with sampling and sieving method,the number of L.bostrychophillus adults trapped by corrugated paper boardper week was higher when the grain temperature was less than 25 ℃,the number of L.bostrychophillus adults trapped by corrugated paper board per week was lower when the grain temperature was higher than 25 ℃.
