论苏轼的为师之道——以李廌为例

     

摘要

李廌是特殊而另类的苏门弟子,在性格、修养方面存在严重缺陷。苏轼处之以情,导之以理,守之以法,以仁者的宽厚风范、智者的严正做法,完美地诠释了为人、为师之道,对今天的教育工作者无疑具有启示作用。%Li Zhi, a special disciple of Su Shi, had serious deficiencies in his character and self-cultivation. Su Shi took care of him with affection, instructed him with principles and kept him in law. As a teacher, Su Shi perfectly interpreted the ways of being a man and a teacher with his benevolent generous style and a wise man' s solemn way. What he has done is no doubt to enlighten the present educators.
