丝绸之路与洛阳区域发展

摘要

The strategic conception of “Silk Road Economic Zone” and successful inscription of the Silk Road as one World Culture Heritage brings the historical opportunity for regional development of Luoyang, the east starting point of the Silk Road.It is suggested that Luoyang should take advantage of the opportunity as well as historical culture, industrial infrastructure, scientific and technological talents, locational advantages, and other resources, to develop Luoyang as a deputy central city of the Central Plain Economic Zone.%“丝绸之路经济带”战略构想的提出和“丝绸之路”申遗成功，为作为丝绸之路东方起点的洛阳区域发展带来了千载难逢的历史机遇。洛阳应该认清形势，抓住机遇，充分利用丝绸之路东方起点和“丝绸之路经济带”桥头堡的优势地位，以及历史文化、工业基础、科技人才、区位优势等资源乘势而上，促进区域发展，把洛阳建设成名副其实的中原经济区副中心城市。
