设计了一种以ADuC812微处理器为核心的新型电阻点焊装置。该装置用真有效值电路检测非正弦焊接电流值,用中断和定时计数器实现了可控硅的精确触发。根据电阻点焊焊接过程特点和工艺要求,采用变比例因子的变结构模糊控制算法,并提出了预估起始值控制策略。实验证实了该装置的性能指标完全符合设计要求,焊接质量明显提高。%In this paper, the designing approach of a spot welding machinewith a ADuC812 MCU and a improved Fuzzy-control algorithm is introduced. The measuring circuit for RMS of non-Sin welding current and the precise triggers of SCR using interrupt controllers and timers in AduC812 MCU are also described. According to the characteristics and technology demand of the welding process, the variable framework, Fuzzy-control algorithm, and a controlling strategy with forecasting initiative values are adopted. The experiments show the designing successful.
