基于热流网络法的电主轴支撑系统热特性研究

         

摘要

Taking motorized spindle of the ADGM15 CNC lathe as a research object, a model of heat transfer among support system composed of spindle, bearing and bearing housing was established based on thermal network method. Temperature distribution of the support system was tested at various working velocities and loads. The results show that the axial load and radial load have the same effect on temperature rise and temperature distribution of the support system, and the inner ring velocity can affect temperature rise and temperature distribution strongly. The maximum value of the temperature is at the contact point between the ball and inner ring. Finally, simulation verification was made, and the error was less than 4. 5% between simulation result and calculation result. It shows that the established model of temperature field is reliable which provides the basis for computation and analysis of motorized spindle thermal deformation.%以ADGM15数控车床电主轴为研究对象,基于热流网络法的思想,建立电主轴前端主轴、轴承和轴承座为一体的支撑系统热传递模型.计算和分析了不同工作转速和载荷下的支撑系统温度场分布情况.研究结果表明:速度对支撑系统温升及温度分布影响最大,轴向载荷和径向载荷对支撑系统温升及温度分布影响相同,温度最高点位于轴承的球和内滚道接触区域上.仿真结果和计算结果的误差小于4.5%,这说明所建立的温度节点模型是可靠的,可为下一步计算和分析电主轴热变形提供依据.
