正负电性的荷电细水雾灭火试验与机理探讨

         

摘要

为了探讨荷电细水雾的正负电性对灭火效果的影响,丰富和完善细水雾灭火的理论和技术,搭建了基于感应荷电的荷电细水雾熄灭受限空间乙醇火的小尺寸试验平台.通过改变电压的正负性,得到正负电性的荷电细水雾.根据其对灭火时间、火焰图像、火焰温度的影响来比较灭火效果,并在试验的基础上进行物理作用和化学作用的机理分析.结果表明,就灭火效果而言,荷电细水雾强于普通细水雾,荷负电细水雾强于荷正电细水雾;荷负电的液滴能诱导燃烧场中的自由基与其碰壁销毁,并且能中和火焰中的正离子,阻止燃烧链传递的进行.%In order to study the influences of water mist charged with positive or negative electric on extinguishing fire,the theory and technology on water mist extinguishing fire were richen,and a small experimental platform aiming to extinguish alcohol fire by the induction of charged water mist in a confined space has been set up.By changing the positive or negative voltage,different electric charged water mist can be attained.According to the analysis of extinguishing time,flame images and temperature change,the extinguishing effect can be compared and the mechanism about physical and chemical functions can be analyzed as well.The results show that charged water mist is better than normal water mist,meanwhile the positive-charged water mist is better than the negative-charged water mist if mainly considering the effect of fire extinguishing.Positivecharged water mist can induce free radical in a combustion field to be a barrier destroyed,and counteract positive ion of flame to prevent a combustion chain from transferring.
