2011－2013年开封市医疗、托幼机构消毒质量监测分析

摘要

Objective To monitor and analyze the sanitary status at all levels of medical and child-care institutions in Kaifeng city , improve the disinfection quality of medical and childcare institutions , ef-fectively prevent and control the occurrence of infection .Methods According to the “Disinfection Tech-nical Specifications” ( 2002 Edition ) from Ministry of Health , “Hand Hygiene Compliance of Medical Staff in WS/T 313-2009” , samples were taken; detection and analysis were conducted on 10 survey projectsof38medicalinstitutionsand5childcareinstitutions.Results 3892sampleswereinspected, among which 3727 were qualified;the percent of pass was 95 .82%.Conclusion the overall percent of pass of disinfection detection result is relative high in Kaifeng city , the monitoring work of disinfection quality is highly effective , and however , improvement is still needed for the weak link .%目的：监测和分析开封市区内各级医疗、幼托机构消毒卫生状况，提高医疗及幼托机构的消毒质量，有效预防和控制感染的发生。方法依据卫生部《医学机构消毒技术规范》、《医务人员手卫生规范》，2011～2013年间对辖区内的38家医疗机构、5家幼托机构的10个调查项目进行采样并检测分析。结果共检测样品3892份，合格样品3727份，合格率达到95．82％。结论开封市消毒监测结果合格率整体较高，消毒质量监测工作卓有成效，但仍有薄弱环节需要改进。
