温和气单胞菌引起感染性腹泻暴发调查分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the cause of infectious diarrhea outbreak which was brought about by aeromonas sobria,and to provide preventive reference. Methods The authors took epide miological survey,lab test and analysed the disposal measure effect. Results Aeromonas sobria was monitored in the water borne . Among 122 people,who drunk polluted water,the incidence was 42. 6%(52/122),and all of them were cured. Conclusion Contaminated drinking water with aeromonas sobria can cause infec-tious diarrhea outbreak,and attention should be payed to it.%目的：探讨温和气单胞菌污染饮用水源引起感染性腹泻暴发的原因，为其防治提供参考。方法对腹泻暴发疫源地进行流行病学调查、实验室检测及处置措施效果等资料统计分析。结果在水源水中检出温和气单胞菌，使用污染生活饮用水122人，发病率42.6%(52/122)，均治愈。结论温和气单胞菌污染饮用水源能引起感染性腹泻暴发流行，应引起重视。
