校企合作背景下高职院校教学管理研究

摘要

高职院校必须对教学管理进行改革创新，通过打造学习型的教学管理队伍、师资队伍和班级，改革校企合作的人才培养模式、课程、教材开发等，并积极进行课程教学方式方法变革，在校企合作背景下，共同实现创新型技能人才的培养目标。%Vocational colleges have to innovate the teaching management ,reform the talents training mode ,curricu-lum ,teaching material development and so on under the cooperation of schools and enterprises by creating a learning management team ,teachers and classes ,as well as reform the teaching methods actively .Through the above the aim of cultivating innovative and skilled talents would be accomplished .
