李小缘先生《全国图书馆计划书》述评

摘要

《全国图书馆计划书》为李小缘先生所撰，论述了全国图书馆的建设规划，主要包括：图书馆的基本宗旨、全国图书馆的组织体系、图书馆的基本关系三个方面。该计划书是李小缘先生综合中国国情与国外经验提出，极具前瞻意识，在我国图书馆事业发展历程中有着重要地位，也是后人研究国内图书馆学发展的宝贵文献。%The National Library Plan written by Mr.Li Xiaoyuan,conducted a comprehensive planning about nation-al library development which including three aspects: the basic aim of library , library organization system , library basic relations.The plan which proposed by Mr .Li Xiaoyuan,had an important position in the development of Li-braries in China .It is a valuable reference for future research on the development of Chinese Library Science .
