科技论文质量评价的研究和实践

摘要

对科技论文质量评价方法进行了综合分析,认为科技论文的质量评价方法可分为直接评价法和间接评价法,指出了二者各自的理论依据和优缺点,其中直接评价法是其最根本的方法,并认为建立在直接评价法基础上的客观、公正和合理的科技论文质量评价法才是其研究和实践的发展方向.%A comprehensive analysis on quality evaluation of sci-tech paper was conducted. The methods of quality evaluation of sci-tech paper can be divided into two, namely, direct evaluation and indirect evaluation, both of which have their theory background, merits and demerits, respectively. Direct evaluation is the cardinal method of quality evaluation of sci-tech paper. The objective, impartial and reasonable method of quality evaluation of sci-tech paper on the basis of direct evaluation is an orientation of research and application to quality evaluation of sci-tech paper.
