中国部分烤烟产区模块配方烟叶品质特色分析

             

摘要

The chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco is different due to the different regions and ecological environments. So the formula leaves (BF - 2 - 1) of flue-cured tobacco from nine production areas of China were studied. The results were the following: (1)the leaves from Jianshi, Meizhou,Chenzhou, Bijie and Linyi were clustered as first type,in which the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were 16.19%-19.92% ,12.73%-17.67% respectively;the content of total nitrogen was between 2.13%-2.38% and the content of Nicotine was 3.11%-3.76%; (2) the leaves from Yuxi, Luxi and Sanming were clustered as the second type,in which the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were 22.05%- 23.74%, 19.38%- 20.26 % respectively, the content of total nitrogen was between 2.03%-2.25% and the content of Nicotine was 2.65%3.10%; (3)the leaves from Simao was the independent type,the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were 28.55% and 24.05% ,the content of total nitrogen and nicotine was 1.66% and 2.07 %. It could reduce the work of smoking and subjective errors and accelerate flue-cured tobacco production by using chemical composition of tobacco and clustering analysis%为了合理利用不同烤烟产区的模块配方烟叶,采用9个常见烤烟产区同一模块配方烟叶BF-2-1为材料进行研究.结果表明,不同产区烟叶聚类为3个区,分别为:(1)建石、梅州、郴州、毕节、临沂的烟叶为一类,总糖、还原糖含量分别为16.19%~19.92%,12.73%~17.67%;总氮在2.13%~2.38%;烟碱含量在3.11%~3.76%.(2)玉溪、泸西、三明的烟叶为一类,总糖、还原糖含量分别为22.05%~23.74%,19.38%~20.26%;总氮在2.03%~2.25%;烟碱含量在2.65%~3.10%.(3)思茅的烟叶独立为一类,总糖、还原糖含量分别为28.55%和24.05%,总氮为1.66%,烟碱含量为2.07%.烟叶化学成分测定后,进行聚类分析,可以减少评吸师的工作量,同时可以减少人为主观误差,有利于烤烟卷烟生产.
