Thirteen insecticides were assayed to evaluate their toxicities by the glass-vial method in laboratory. The results showed that carbosulfan, bifenthrin, fenvalerate,and pyridaben had medium toxicity to the first instar larvae of Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana, with the mortality of 50. 0%— 87. 5% at the concentration of 100 μg/mL. At the concentration of 100 μg/mL,the mortalities of Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana by methidathion, acetamiprid, isoprocarb and terbufos were 100%,showing high toxicity to the insect. Their LC50 values were 9. 15,0. 69,0. 66,and 0. 61 μg/mL, respectively. The synergistic effect was found when acetamiprid was mixed with isoprocarb, evaluated by the Gowing method. Therefore,acetamiprid mixed with isoprocarb is proposed to use in production for control of Drosicha corpulenta Kuwana.%为了有效防治草履蚧,在室内以药膜法评价了13种农药对草履蚧一龄幼虫的触杀活性.结果表明,丁硫克百威、联苯菊酯、氰戊菊酯、哒螨灵对草履蚧具有中等毒杀活性,在100 μg/mL质量 浓度下试虫的死亡率为50.0%~87.5%;杀扑磷、啶虫脒、异丙威、特丁硫磷的活性较高,在100μg/mL质量浓度下对草履蚧幼虫的致死率均达100%,进一步测定表明,其LC50值分别为9.15、0.69、0.66、0.61 μg/mL.利用Gowing法对啶虫脒与异丙威的混用效应进行评价,发现二者混用起到增效的作用.建议生产上将啶虫脒与异丙威组合使用防治草履蚧.
