鱼类非特异性免疫研究进展

摘要

Fish is the lowest vertebrate which possesses the adaptive and innate immunity and the latter plays an important role in resisting foreign microorganisms. This review is briefly summarized on the non-specific immunity antigen identification and the important function of non-specific cytotoxic cells, phagocytic cell, lysozyme, antimicrobial peptide, complement, interferon, natural antibody,interleukin,and transferrin involved in pathogen invades.%鱼类是兼具特异性免疫和非特异性免疫的低等脊椎动物,而非特异性免疫在抵御外源微生物中发挥重要作用.为此,概述了鱼类非特异性免疫抗原识别以及非特异性细胞毒细胞、吞噬细胞、溶菌酶、抗菌肽、干扰素、补体、白细胞介素、天然抗体、铁传递蛋白等在抵御病原感染方面的研究进展.
