低盐浸种对高盐胁迫下华山松幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

为了提高华山松幼苗对高盐胁迫的适应性.利用0~200 mmol/L的NaCl溶液对华山松种子浸种处理,研究其在高盐胁迫下(300 mmol/L NaCl)的生长情况.结果表明,与清水浸种(对照)相比,200 mmol/L NaCl浸种处理的种子发芽率增加16.34个百分点,发芽势增加7.67个百分点,幼苗茎长(苗高)增加34.85%,鲜质量增加7.01%,干质量增加20.79%,可溶性糖含量增加56.31%,SOD活性和MDA含量分别下降了68.84%和40.69%.表明200 mmol/L NaCl浸种抗盐锻炼效果最好.%The effect of high NaCl stress (300 mrnoI/L) on seedlings growth of Pinusarmandii Franch. after seed soaking with low-NaCl concentration (0 — 200 mnol/L) was studied. After seed soaking with 200 mmol/L NaCl,the seed got the best salt resistance. In comparison with the col trol(soaking with water) ,the germination rate and germination energy increased 16. 34 percentage points and 7. 67 percentage points, respectively. Under this condition, the height of seedlings increased 34. 85%, wet weight and dry weight increased 7. 01% and 20. 79%,soluble sugar increased 56. 31%,SOD activity and MDA contents decreased 68. 84% and 40. 6P% ,respectively.
