不同铁源对水培芥蓝生长及品质的影响

         

摘要

The effects of iron forms on growth and quality of Chinese kale cultivated in nutrient solution were studied to look for a best iron source for hydroponics. Five iron forms were selected:EDTA-Fe, FeC6 H5 O7 ,FeCl3 ,FeSO4 and Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 . The results showed that iron forms significantly influenced the growth and quality of Chinese kale. Compared with the treatment of inorganic iron [ FeCl3 , FeSO4 and Fe2 ( SO4 ) 3 ] ,the organic iron ( EDTA-Fe, FeC6 H5 O7 ) significantly improved the dry weight, content of chlorophyll and vitamin C ( leaf ) . The results also indicated that for the treatment with EDTA-Fe, the growth and quality of Chineses kale,the iron absorptive amount were higher than the other treatments,but the content of the nitrate was lower than the other treatments. Therefore, the effect of organic iron on growth and quality was better than that of inorganic iron for Chinese kale planted in the nutrient solution. And EDTA-Fe showed to be the most suitable type of iron because of its significant improvement for the growth and quality of Chinese kale.%在微量元素通用配方的基础上设置EDTA-Fe、FeC6H5O7、FeCl3、FeSO4、Fe2(SO4)35种不同铁源处理,进行芥蓝水培试验,研究不同铁源对水培芥蓝生长及品质的影响,为选择水培芥蓝最适铁源提供依据。结果表明,不同铁源供铁显著影响芥蓝的生长和品质。有机铁源( EDTA -Fe、FeC6 H5 O7)处理的芥蓝全株干质量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、薹叶维生素C含量显著高于无机铁源[ FeCl3、FeSO4、Fe2( SO4)3]。 EDTA-Fe处理的芥蓝生长与品质指标及全铁总吸收量均高于其他处理,而硝酸盐含量显著低于其他处理。因此,有机铁源对水培芥蓝生长和品质的影响优于无机铁源,EDTA-Fe作为水培铁源能够显著促进植株生长,提高产量和品质,是水培芥蓝的优质铁源。
