海藻寡糖增效尿素对水稻产量和品质的影响

         

摘要

The effects of alginate-derived oligosaccharides( ADO) synergistic urea on the yield and quali-ty of rice( Oryza sativa L. ) were studied under field-grown condition,in order to provide references for the industrialization of ADO synergistic urea and its application in agriculture. The results showed that the treatments of ADO synergistic urea increased the grains per panicle as well as yield significantly compared with the common urea with the same content of nitrogen. The milled rice rate,head rice rate and protein contents of ADO synergistic urea treatment were higher than those of the control without urea and common urea treatments,with the increase amplitude of 1. 82%,10. 83% and 7. 59% respectively compared with common urea treatment; the setback value was lower than those of the control without urea and common urea treatments,reduced by 36. 02% obviously compared with common urea treatment. Moreover,trans-parency,gel consistency, alkali spreading value, the maximum viscosity and breakdown values of ADO synergistic urea treatments were higher than those of the control without urea and common urea treat-ments,and chalky rice rate and chalkiness were lower. These differences with the control without urea reached significant level. Taken together,these results indicated that application of ADO synergistic urea could increase yield,and had a certain improving effects on quality.%在大田试验条件下,研究海藻寡糖( ADO)增效尿素对水稻产量和品质的影响,以期为ADO增效尿素产业化及其在农业上的推广应用提供参考. 结果表明,在同等施氮水平下,与普通尿素处理相比,ADO增效尿素处理的水稻穗粒数及产量均显著增加. ADO增效尿素处理的水稻精米率、整精米率及稻米蛋白质含量均显著高于不施氮肥处理(对照)和普通尿素处理,其中较普通尿素处理分别增加1 . 82%、10 . 83%、7 . 59%;消减值显著低于对照和普通尿素处理,其中较普通尿素处理下降36 . 02%;此外,稻米透明度、胶稠度、碱消值、最高黏度和崩解值也高于对照和普通尿素处理,垩白粒率和垩白度低于对照和普通尿素处理,且与对照相比差异均达显著水平. 综上, ADO增效尿素可促进水稻增产,对水稻品质也有一定的改善作用.
