身痛逐瘀汤通过调控P38 MAPK信号通路抑制LPS诱导的RAW264.7巨噬细胞一氧化氮的分泌

摘要

The possible inhibitory effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction on LPS induced macrophage NO production was studied. The results showed that it could significantly inhibit LPS induced macrophage NO production and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) protein expression as well as cellular ROS levels through selectively inhibiting the P38 MAPK signaling pathway.%为研究身痛逐瘀汤对LPS诱导的巨噬细胞一氧化氮（NO）分泌的抑制作用及其机制。结果表明：身痛逐瘀汤选择性地抑制P38 MAPK信号通路，从而发挥明显抑制LPS诱导的RAW264.7巨噬细胞一氧化氮的分泌、一氧化氮合成酶（iNOS）蛋白质表达以及巨噬细胞内活性氧（ROS）水平的作用。
