低温下硅对春小麦幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

         

摘要

The hydroponic experiment was performed to research the effects of silicon(Si)on plant height,root length,biomass,the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA),praline and the main antioxidants enzymes(SOD and POD)in two spring wheat cultivars of Longmai26 and Kehan16 under low temperature conditions. The results showed that the growth of wheat seedlings was significantly promoted with the addition of silicon,and the accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA)and praline were reversed partially,and the main antioxidants enzymes activity were increased obviously with the application of silicon. It indicated that the exogenous silicon could promote the growth of wheat seedlings under low temperature and the positive effect of 1.0 mM silicon was marked.%采用溶液培养试验,选用两个春小麦品种:龙麦26和克旱16为材料,研究在低温条件下,加硅处理对小麦幼苗株高、根长、生物量、MDA含量、抗氧化酶SOD和POD活性及脯氨酸含量影响。结果表明:低温条件下,不同硅浓度处理可显著促进小麦幼苗生长,显著降低MDA含量,减少脯氨酸积累量,显著增强SOD和POD活性(P<0.05)。由此得出,外源硅能够促进低温条件下小麦幼苗的生长,其中以1.0 mM Si浓度处理效果最好。
