清末民初第三次关内移民浪潮与东北中、北部地区交通近代化和城市化

         

摘要

中东铁路的修建揭开了东北中、北部地区交通近代化的序幕,也由此引发了清乾嘉时期以来的第三次关内移民浪潮;而移民浪潮对社会经济发展的贡献初期主要在交通领域。但是,在铁路交通网形成之后,其贡献直接反映在城市化的影响上。高密度的青壮年移民为东北中、北部地区城市的发展提供了大量的、源源不断的廉价劳动力,也推动了该地区人口总体素质的提高和区域近代新文化的构建;与此同时,大量农村移民的进入直接导致农业经济的大规模兴起进而为该区域城市化奠定了物质基础。%The building of the middle-east railway uncovered the prelude of the traffic modernization of middle and northern area of Northeast, it also initiated the the third tide of migrants from inside Shanhaiguanpass to Northeast China since the Qianjia Period of the Qing Dynasty.The contribution of the tide of migrants to the development of social economy is mainly in the traffic field. But its contribution is directly reflected on the influence of urbanization after the formation of rail transportation network. High density of young adults migrants, which promote the improvement of local population quality and the construction of regional modern culture, provide a powerful and steady stream of cheap labor force for the development of the cities in middle and north area of northeast China. Meanwhile, the entering of large number of rural migrants leads to the rising of agriculture economy in a large scale directly, which further lays a material foundation for the regional urbanization.
